Returns & Exchanges

At ADJ Products, we stand by the quality of our electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ADJ Products account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original manufacturer's box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned electronics for functionality and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
